A thermoplastic-urethane sealer protects concrete, quarry tile, unglazed ceramic, slate and other non-resilient surfaces.
When a floor is new or newly stripped, one coat of Protection Sealer is recommended. This will promote adhesion and will enhance the wear properties substantially.

Good gloss and wear-resistance is exhibited by this oil-modified polyurethane. A good product for medium traffic area.
Coverage is 2000 square feet per gallon (50m per liter)
If two coats are required apply the second one within four hours. Dry time: overnight.
This product exhibits a typical slightly yellow colour on drying 40% resin content.
